How I Live a "Happy" Life

Happiness (synonyms: joy, pleasure) is fleeting. It is impossible to be happy during every moment of your life. I do not live a "happy" life. Instead, I choose to live a fulfilling life. How do I live a fulfilling life? I participate in activities that: Are adequately difficult such that I am engaged yet not continuously discouraged. Provide feedback such that I am able to gauge my progress and correct my approach.
